Everyone who uses our services is valued and trusted by us, so making them pleased is a priority for farezoid. To determine how to receive a refund for a Cancellation Policy reservation, you must follow the instructions contained in this agreement.

You will have no obligation as long as you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the original reservation. The process for obtaining a refund is complicated and may vary depending on the airline, hotel, or other service provider.

The need to change plans sometimes should prompt you to update the reservation status as well. Therefore, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for the flight.

Cancellation Details

Here are the details for canceling your farezoid reservations. There is no refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation.

  • We do not accept cancellations by mail.
  • You can only cancel by phone.
  • Many of your reservations with us are non-refundable because of how airlines operate.

We can't promise a refund if you cancel your reservation because it depends on the hotel's and airline's policies.

Refund

We want our return policies to be simple to understand:

  • We can't promise discounts or refunds, as they depend on the airlines' and hotels' rules.
  • You have a better chance of getting your money back if you cancel within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are issued to the payment method used to make the purchase. It takes 10 to 15 business days for them to process. It may take banks longer to process the payment; in some cases, it could take 60 to 90 days.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not get your service fees refunded.
